摘要

目的

研究口部运动联合家庭教育对孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder，ASD）患儿语言、动作技能和认知等功能的康复效果。

方法

选取2020年3月至2021年3月入院的102例ASD患儿进行观察，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各51例。对照组行常规干预，观察组在常规干预基础上进行口部运动联合家庭教育。对两组患儿口部运动功能（动作技能）、语言图片表达能力及日常交流能力（语言和认知能力）进行对比。

结果

干预前，两组患儿舌口部运动、唇口部运动、下颌口部运动功能评分无统计学意义（

0.05）；干预后，观察组各项口部运动功能评分、语言表达和图片表达能力评分均显著提高（

0.05）；日常交流能力有效率92.16%显著高于对照组60.78%（

0.05）。

结论

口部运动联合家庭教育对ASD患儿的语言、动作技能和认知等功能康复更理想，有利于其身心健康发展和社会适应力提高。

Abstract

Objective

To study the effect of oral exercise combined with family education on the recovery of language

motor skills and cognition in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Methods

102 children with ASD admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method

with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing

and the observation group received oral exercise combined with family education. The oral motor function (motor skills)

language and picture expression ability and daily communication ability (language and cognitive ability) of the two groups were compared.

Results

Before the intervention

the scores of tongue mouth movement

lip mouth movement and mandibular mouth movement function in the two groups were not statistically significant (

0.05)

after the intervention

the scores of oral motor function in the observation group were higher and statistically significant (

0.05). After the intervention

the scores of language expression and picture expression ability in the observation group were higher (

0.05). After the intervention

the effective rate of daily communication ability in the observation group was 92.16%

which was significantly higher than 60.78% in the control group (

0.05).

Conclusion

Oral exercise combined with family education is more ideal for the recovery of language

motor skills and cognition of ASD children

which is conducive to the development and improvement of their physical and mental health and social adaptability.
