Effects of Music Therapy Combined with Speech Training on Language Rehabilitation of Children with Developmental Delay
To explore the effect of music therapy combined with speech training on language rehabilitation of children with developmental delay.
Methods
2
A total of 50 children with language development delay admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital in Nanjing city from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by block randomization method
with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention
while the observation group was given music therapy combined with speech training intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale
American Association for Mental Deficiency Adaptive Behavior Scale (AAMD-ABS) and PZB Service Quality Scale (sSERVQUAL) were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.
Results
2
After the intervention
the scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale
VerBAS
CSIRS
AAMD-ABS and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (
P
<
0.05); The scores of sSERVQUAL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (
P
<
0.05).
Conclusion
2
The music therapy combined with speech training can improve the language function
adaptive ability and sensory function of in children with developmental delay.
