摘要

目的

回顾0～12岁婴幼儿童听觉皮层诱发电位的特点、参数设置以及临床研究的最新进展，为听觉皮层诱发电位的应用提供参考。

方法

检索中国知网，PubMed，Cochrane，MEDLINE等数据库后整理有关听觉皮层诱发电位文献。

结果

根据主题筛选出27篇文献，总结得到0~12岁婴幼儿童听觉皮层诱发电位的成分特点、参数设置、临床应用和优势。

结论

听觉皮层诱发电位测试可用于评估是否有听力损失的儿童的听觉成熟度，听觉能力和言语可听性，可评估人工耳蜗植入等康复干预效果，在诊断听神经病变等疾病方面具有优势，虽然存在缺乏不同年龄段儿童的参考值等问题，但随着未来的优化，该测试将会被更广泛地应用于临床研究。

Abstract

Objectives

Review the characteristics of evoked potentials in the auditory cortex of infants and children aged 0-12 years

the parameter settings

and the latest advances in clinical research. It provides a reference for the future application of evoked potentials in the auditory cortex.

Method

After searching databases (CNKI

PubMed

Cochrane

MEDLINE

etc.)

the literature on evoked potentials in the auditory cortex was collated.

Results

According to the theme

27 articles were screened out

and the compositional characteristics

parameter settings

clinical application and advantages of auditory cortex evoked potentials in infants and young children aged 0~12 years old were summarized.

Conclusion

Evoked potential test of the auditory cortex can be used to assess the auditory maturity

auditory ability and speech audibility of children with and without hearing loss

and can also assess the effect of rehabilitation interventions such as cochlear implantation

which has advantages in diagnosing diseases such as acoustic neuropathy

although there are still problems such as the lack of reference values for children of different ages

but with future optimization

the test will be more widely used in clinical research.
