摘要

目的

观察全程健康教育应用于人工耳蜗植入儿童的效果。

方法

选择本院收治的90例人工耳蜗植入儿童，以随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组各45例，对照组实施常规健康教育，干预组实施全程健康教育，对比两组手术前后听觉功能、心理状态、生活质量及社会适应能力。

结果

术前两组有意义听觉整合量表（meaningful auditory integration scale

MAIS）评分、症状自评量表（symptom check list-90

SCL-90）评分、Nijmegen人工耳蜗植入量表（nijmegen cochlear implant questionnaire

NCIQ）评分及婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表评分无显著差异（

＞0.05）；术后6个月，两组MAIS、NCIQ、婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表评分较术前均提高，干预组各项评分显著高于对照组（

＜0.05），两组SCL-90评分较术前均降低，干预组显著低于对照组（

＜0.05）。

结论

对人工耳蜗植入儿童实施全程健康教育，能有效促进患儿听觉功能，减轻其患儿负面情绪，提高其生活质量及社会适应能力。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of whole-course health education on children with cochlear implantation.

Methods

A total of 90 children with cochlear implantation in our hospital were selected and included in the study. They were divided into an intervention group and a control group (45 cases in each) by random number table method. The control group received routine health education

and the intervention group received whole-course health education. The auditory function

psychological state

quality of life and social adaptability were compared between the two groups before operation and 6 months after operation.

Results

Before operation

there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the scores of meaningful auditory integration scale (MAIS)

symptom check list-90 (SCL-90)

nijmegen cochlear implant questionnaire (NCIQ) and infant-junior high school student's social life abilities scale (

0.05); Six months after operation

the MAIS score

NCIQ score and infant-junior high school student's social life abilities scale score of the two groups were all improved compared with those before operation

and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (

0.05). The SCL-90 score of the group was lower than that of the control group (

0.05)

Conclusion

Implementing whole-course health education for children with cochlear implantation can effectively restore children's auditory function

effectively reduce children's negative emotions

and improve children's quality of life and social adaptability.
