摘要

孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder，ASD）是一种多因素神经发育障碍，以沟通障碍、社会交往障碍、重复刻板行为和兴趣受限为特征，与环境因素和遗传易感性相互作用有关。言语语言障碍在神经发育障碍中较常见，尤其是在ASD中，会导致学习、社交和心理健康方面的困难，因此早期干预至关重要。现综合国内外以往研究，对于ASD共患言语语言障碍的机制、临床特征、评估工具、干预和治疗方面的研究进展进行综述，从而早期识别ASD的言语语言障碍，及时提供干预指导。

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a multifactorial neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by communication deficits

impaired social interactions

repetitive and stereotyped behaviors with restricted interests

and connected with the interaction between environmental factors and genetic vulnerability. Speech and language impairment (SLI) are common in neurodevelopmental disorders

especially in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) which may result in learning

socialization

and mental health difficulties

therefore early intervention is crucial. Based on previous studies abroad

the progress of research on the mechanism

clinical characteristics

assessment

diagnosis

intervention and treatment of comorbid with SLI in ASD was reviewed in this paper. This study aims to identify the manifestations of SLI in ASD patients in the early stage and timely intervention .
