The acquisition of language ability is the process of establishing a language system to achieve communicative intention. Based on speech communication behavior
the language rehabilitation goal for hearing-impaired children is to guide them in acquiring language ability through language rehabilitation
enabling them to participate in speech communication activities. This includes language function goals centered on communicative intentions and language structure goals aimed at establishing a system of language symbols. Guiding the language rehabilitation practice of hearing-impaired children requires a correct understanding of both language function goals and language structure goals.
