目的

探究互动式个性化健康教育结合语言康复训练在脑卒中语言功能障碍中的应用价值。
方法

选取我院2023年2月~2024年3月收治的脑卒中语言功能障碍患者126例,随机分为对照组和研究组各63例。对照组实施常规干预,研究组实施互动式个性化健康教育结合语言康复训练。对比两组语言功能、遵医行为、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、神经因子水平、负性情绪、生活质量的评估结果。
结果

研究组口语表达、听力理解、阅读能力、书写能力、遵医行为优良率显著高于对照组(

<0.05);NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(
P
<0.05);神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuronspecific enolase,NSE)水平显著低于对照组,神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)和脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05);焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale;SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale;SDS)评分显著低于对照组(
P
<0.05);生活质量评分显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05)。
结论

互动式个性化健康教育结合语言康复训练在脑卒中语言功能障碍的应用价值显著,能有效改善患者言语功能,提高遵医行为,减轻负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective

To explore the application of interactive personalized health education combined with language rehabilitation training to stroke patients with language dysfunction and its effect on patients' compliance behavior.
Methods

126 stroke patients with language dysfunction admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group
with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention
and the study group interactive personalized health education combined with language rehabilitation training. The speech function score

nerve factor level
negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.

Compared with the control group
the scores of oral expression
listening comprehension
reading ability and writing ability in the study group were higher (

the excellent and good rate of compliance behavior in the study group was higher (

the NIHSS score of the study group was lower (

the study group had a significantly lower level of NSE and significantly higher levels of NGF and BDNF (

Conclusion

Interactive personalized health education combined with language rehabilitation training has significant application value in stroke patients with language dysfunction
which can effectively improve patients' language function
improve compliance behavior
reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
