调查中青年突发性耳聋(sudden sensorineural hearing loss
SSNHL)患者心理社会因素(睡眠质量、情绪状态等)现状及与听力受损的相关性,构建心理-听力交互模型。
方法

基于2024年1月~12月四川省212例SSNHL患者的横断面调查数据,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和华西心晴指数(huaxi emotional-distress index,HEI)评估睡眠质量和情绪状态,分析其与听力受损程度的关联。
结果

睡眠质量、焦虑情绪和工作压力均与听力损伤呈正相关(

0.05),焦虑情绪影响最大(OR=1.36)。工作压力与焦虑的交互项显著(OR=1.07,

=0.018)。年龄与听力受损程度呈正相关(OR=1.20,

0.001),居住环境无显著影响。
结论

心理社会因素(尤其是焦虑和工作压力)对SSNHL患者听力损伤显著,临床需加强心理评估与干预。
Objective

To investigate the association between psychosocial factors (e.g.
sleep quality and emotional state) and hearing impairment in young and middle-aged patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL)
and to construct a psycho-auditory interaction model.
Methods

Based on cross-sectional data from 212 SSNHL patients in Sichuan Province (January—December 2024)
sleep quality and emotional state were assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Huaxi Emotional-distress Index (HEI)
respectively. Their correlations with the degree of hearing impairment were analyzed.

and occupational stress were positively correlated with hearing impairment (all

with anxiety having the strongest effect (OR = 1.36). The interaction between occupational stress and anxiety was significant (OR=1.07

=0.018). Age was positively associated with hearing impairment (OR = 1.20

while residential environment showed no significant impact.

Psychosocial factors—particularly anxiety and occupational stress—significantly influence hearing impairment in SSNHL patients
underscoring the need for integrated psychological assessment and intervention in clinical practice.
