  冯定香，著名听力学家、人工耳蜗专家、助听器专家，中国以人为本听力康复服务发起人。同济医科大学医学学士,香港大学听力学硕士，美国斯蒂尔大学（A.T.Still University）听力学博士。从事耳科和听力康复30余年，曾致力于各种听力技术的临床、教育和推广，任畅听未来-中国耳聋防治计划慈善公益项目执行理事8年，推动了中国听力康复事业的发展。近10年专注于以人为本在听力康复领域的研究和应用，以提高医患双方满意度及整体健康幸福度感。

摘要

在全球医疗人性化的背景下，以人为本的听力咨询与康复（person-centered hearing counseling and rehabilitation，PCC）尤为重要和急迫。5年来，PCC在我国经历了从理念建立逐步走向体系化建设的发展历程。PCC在中国的发展是创新之路，PCC的心法、技法与工具三位一体的实施框架有助于推动听力行业的服务模式从传统到PCC的转换，实现人文和技术的平衡，提高听力康复效果及医患双方的满意度。

Abstract

With the background of global healthcare humanization

person-centered hearing counseling and rehabilitation (PCC) is particularly important and urgent. Over the past five years

PCC in China has undergone a developmental journey from conceptual establishment to gradual systematization. The development of PCC in China represents an innovative path that integrates Eastern wisdom with Western methodology. The trinity implementation framework of PCC—encompassing its philosophy followed by attitude

techniques followed by knowledge and skills

tools—will facilitate the transformation of the hearing industry's service model from a traditional approach to a PCC-oriented one. This shift will achieve a balance between humanistic care and technological advancement

improve the effectiveness of hearing rehabilitation

and enhance satisfaction for both patients and healthcare providers.
