探究年龄因素对长江中下游地区不同季节突发性聋的易感性影响。
方法

收集江苏省人民医院住院治疗的突发性聋患者基线资料,结合患者的入院季节,分析不同季节入院患者的年龄构成差异。
结果

入院患者的年龄跨度为4~94岁,平均年龄49±51岁。不同季节突发性聋患者的年龄存在差异,秋季发病患者的平均年龄最大、老年患者占比最多且差异有统计学意义。逻辑回归显示,年龄因素可能对突发性聋的季节易感性产生显著影响,相对于夏季,高年龄可能是秋季发生突发性聋的危险因素。
结论

秋季可能会导致老年患者的突发性聋发病增加。
Objective

To investigate the impact of age on the susceptibility to sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) across different seasons in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
Methods

Baseline data were collected from patients with SSNHL admitted for inpatient treatment at Jiangsu Province Hospital. The age compositions of patients admitted during different seasons were analyzed in combination with their admission times.
Results

The age range of admitted patients was 4-94 years
with an average age of approximately 49 years and a median age of 51 years. There were age differences among patients with SSNHL admitted in different seasons
with the autumn season showing the highest average age and the greatest proportion of elderly patients
and the difference was statistically significant. Logistic regression analysis indicated that age might significantly influence the seasonal susceptibility to SSNHL. Compared to summer
older age might be a risk factor for the occurrence of SSNHL in autumn.
Conclusion

The climatic characteristics of autumn may contribute to an increased incidence of SSNHL among elderly patients.
