分析家长参与的听觉辨别与语言训练对儿童构音障碍的康复效果。
方法
2
选择本院2021年5月~2024年5月收治的123例构音障碍患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组61例,观察组62例。对照组采用常规语言训练,观察组采用家长参与的听觉辨别与语言训练。对比两组临床总有效率、治疗前后构音清晰度、辅音正确率、言语清晰度、口部运动功能、发育商及智商水平。
结果

治疗后,观察组总有效率(91.94%)显著高于对照组(78.69%)(

<0.05);构音清晰度、辅音正确率、言语清晰度、下颌运动、唇运动及舌运动、语言、适应行为及个人社交分值以及操作智商水平均显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05)。
结论

家长参与的语言训练及听觉辨别训练可显著提高构音障碍患儿辅音正确率、构音及言语清晰度,促进言语功能康复,提升语言、适应及个人社交能力。
Objective

To analyze the effectiveness of speech training and auditory discrimination training combined with parental involvement in the rehabilitation of children with dysarthria.
Methods

One hundred and twenty-three children who were hospitalized from May 2021 to May 2024 due to dysarthria were chosen as research participants and split into two groups at random. 61 cases were assigned to the control group and 62 cases to the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional language training
and the observation group was treated with language training and auditory discrimination training with parental participation. The total clinical effectiveness rate of the two groups was compared
and the levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared in terms of clarity of articulation
correct rate of consonants
clarity of speech
oral-motor function
developmental quotient
and intelligence quotient.
Results

Following therapy
the observation group's overall clinical effectiveness rate (91.94%) was considerably greater than the control group's (78.69%) (

0.05). The observation group's structural clarity
correct consonant rate
and speech clarity were all significantly higher than the control group's (

<
0.05). The observation group's mandibular movement
lip movement
and tongue movement scores were notably higher than the control group's (

0.05). There was a significant difference in the language
adaptive behavior
and personal socialization ratings compared to the control group (

0.05). The observation group's operational IQ was much greater than the control group's (

0.05).
Conclusion

The combination of speech training and auditory discrimination training with parental participation can significantly improve the correctness of consonants

and speech intelligibility of children with dysarthria
promote the restoration of their speech function
improve their language

and personal social skills.
