助听听阈、真耳分析、言语测试和问卷评估等方法的综合使用可全面地反映听障儿童使用助听装置后听觉言语能力的发育情况。问卷评估因其操作简便,可反映听障儿童在日常生活中的听觉言语表现,而被广泛应用于听障儿童康复效果评价中。本文使用量表对不同植入年龄(3岁以内植入和3~6岁植入)耳蜗结构正常的听障儿童在人工耳蜗术后开机5年内不同评估阶段的听觉言语能力进行评估,并总结其发育规律。未来可对内耳畸形听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术后听觉言语能力发育规律进行总结,形成更为完整的数据资料,用于听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术后个体听觉言语康复训练效果的对照和指导。

is widely used in evaluating rehabilitation outcomes of hearing-impaired children. This study used the aforementioned scales to assess the auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children with normal cochlear structure who underwent cochlear implantation at different ages (before 3 years old and between 3~6 years old) across various evaluation stages within five years post-surgery and summarized their development patterns. In the future
the development patterns of auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children with inner ear malformations after cochlear implantation can also be summarized to form more complete data for the comparison and guidance of individual hearing and speech rehabilitation training outcomes after cochlear implantation in hearing-impaired children.
