摘要

目的

分析奥尔夫音乐干预结合语言康复训练对听障儿童智力发育、听觉言语能力的影响。

方法

选取2020年7月～2023年8月海军军医大学第一附属医院收治的听障儿童72例作为研究对象，按不同治疗方法分为联合组33例，常规组39例。对比两组儿童干预前后智力发育、听觉言语能力、情绪行为、心理弹性、社会适应能力、心理应激反应、生活质量及家属满意度。

结果

干预后，两组儿童生活质量、智力发育、心理弹性、情绪行为（亲社会行为）、听觉言语能力、社会适应能力评分显著升高（

0.05），心理应激反应、情绪行为（多动/注意缺陷、情绪症状、品行问题评分、困难总分、同伴关系评分）显著降低（

0.05）。与常规组相比，联合组心理弹性、听觉言语能力、生活质量、情绪行为（亲社会行为）、智力发育、社会适应能力评分显著升高，情绪行为（情绪症状、多动/注意缺陷、品行问题、同伴关系评分、困难总分）、心理应激反应评分显著降低（

0.05）。

结论

奥尔夫音乐干预及语言康复训练可提高听障儿童智力发育及听觉言语能力，改善其社会适应性、情绪行为，提高家属满意度、心理弹性、儿童生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

To analyze the influence of Orff music intervention combined with language rehabilitation training on intelligence development and auditory speech ability of hearing-impaired children.

Methods

72 hearing-impaired children admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects. They were grouped according to different treatment methods with 33 cases in the combined group and 39 patients in the conventional group

The selected period is from July 2020 to August 2023. The two groups of children were compared before and after the intervention of intellectual development

auditory speech ability

emotional behavior score

Psychological resilience score

social adaptability score

psychological stress response score

quality of life score and family satisfaction score.

Results

After intervention

the comparison with before intervention showed that increased the quality of life score

intellectual development score

psychological resilience score

emotional behavior (prosocial behavior) score

auditory and speech ability score

and social adaptation ability score of both groups of children. Decreased the scores of psychological stress response and emotional behavior (hyperactivity/attention deficit score
