年龄相关性听力损失是老年人群中常见的慢性疾病,其防治问题受到医学界的高度重视。合理的膳食调整能明显地延缓听力衰退,并降低年龄相关性听力损失的发病率。本文旨在探讨年龄相关性听力损失的成因,深入研究营养素与年龄相关性听力损失之间的关系及作用机制,提出科学的饮食建议,为预防和治疗年龄相关性听力损失提供思路。
Age-related hearing loss is a common chronic disease in the elderly population
and its prevention and treatment have received much attention from the medical community. Studies have shown that rational dietary modification can significantly delay hearing loss and reduce the incidence of age-related hearing loss. Therefore
the aim of this paper is to explore the causes of age-related hearing loss
to study in depth the relationship between nutrients and age-related hearing loss as well as the mechanism of action
and to put forward scientific dietary recommendations
so as to provide new ideas for the further prevention and treatment of age-related hearing loss.
