系统评价家庭干预对语言发育迟缓/语言障碍儿童的干预效果。
方法

检索PUBMED、Web of Science、中国知网、维普、万方等数据库中有关家庭干预治疗儿童语言发育迟缓/语言障碍的对照研究文献,采用STATA 15.0软件对主要结局指标进行meta合并分析。
结果

共检索文献2430篇,经筛选最终纳入符合标准的文献22篇,包含被试1472例,Meta分析结果显示:(1)家庭干预后语言发育迟缓/语言障碍儿童的语言发育商(

0.001)、语言接受能力(

0.001)、语言表达能力(

<
0.001)均较干预前明显提高;(2)家庭干预相对于传统语言康复训练以及无干预对照组有明显优势(

0.05)。
结论

家庭干预应用于语言发育迟缓/语言障碍儿童效果显著,能够有效提升儿童的语言水平和交流能力。
Objective

To systematically evaluate the effect of family intervention on children with language development delay/language disorder.
Methods

We searched PubMed
Web of science
CNKI
VIP and Wanfang databases. Comparative studies on family interventions for children with language development delay/language disorders were included. Meta-analysis of the main outcome indicators was performed using Stata 15.0 software.
Results

2430 articles were retrieved and 22 were finally included in this analysis
including 1472 participants. The results of meta-analysis showed that: (1) after family intervention

0.001) were significantly higher than that before intervention. (2) Compared with traditional language training and non-intervention control group

Conclusion

The family intervention model has a significant effect on children with language development delay/language disorder
which can effectively improve the language level and communication ability of children
and is worthy of widely application.
