目的

探讨Beckman口肌训练联合亲子共读对听障儿童语言功能的影响。
方法
2
分析2021年2月~2023年2月我院收治的80例听障儿童,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(给予Beckman口肌训练联合亲子共读干预)和对照组(给予常规语言康复训练)各40例,对比两组干预前后听觉能力、语言功能、智力水平及家庭生活质量的差异。
结果

治疗后,两组单音节、自然声响、语音、数字识别比较均优于治疗前,研究组显著优于对照组(

<0.05);两组交往能力、语法能力、理解能力、表达能力均优于治疗前,且研究组显著优于对照组(

<0.05);两组适应性及语言行为优于治疗前,且研究组显著优于对照组(
P
<0.05);两组生存质量、对家庭的影响、父母期望值均优于治疗前,且研究组显著优于对照组(
P
<0.05)。
结论

Beckman口肌训练联合亲子共读能够提高听障儿童的语言功能。
Objective

This study was to investigate the effects of Beckman oral muscle training combined with parent-child co-reading interaction on the language function of hearing-impaired children.
Methods

80 hearing-impaired children admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were analyzed and divided into a study group (receiving Beckman oral muscle training combined with parent-child co-reading interactive intervention) and a control group (receiving routine language rehabilitation intervention) with 40 cases each by random number table method. The auditory ability

intelligence level and family life quality of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.
