家园共育是学前融合教育高质量发展的重要法宝之一。本文基于生态系统理论视域下的微观、中观、外层及宏观系统4个角度,分析学前融合教育家校共育的现状,发现家园共育过程中,学前教育教师和家长融合观念不足、家园社互动有待加强,家园合作共生的文化生态环境缺失,家园共育的政策及相关法律法规体系不健全。为提高家园共育的实施效果,应树立家园共育意识,增强家长的参与度,打造家庭、幼儿园、社区“三位一体”的教育共同体,营造家园共育的文化生态环境,以及建立健全家园共育制度保障机制。
The home-school co-education is one of the important treasures for the high-quality development of preschool integrated education. This paper analyses the current situation of home-school co-education in preschool integrated education from four perspectives
including microsystem
mesosystem
exosystem and macrosystem under the perspective of ecosystem theory
and finds that in the process of home-school co-education
the concept of integration between preschool teachers and parents is insufficient
the interaction between the home and the community needs to be strengthened
the cultural and ecological environment in which home-school co-operation can be coexisted is missing
and the policies and related laws and regulations for home-school co-education are not sound. In order to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of home-school co-education
it is necessary to establish a sense of home-based co-education
enhance parental participation
create a "trinity" educational community of family
kindergarten and community
create a cultural and ecological environment of co-education and coexistence
and establish a sound home-school co-education system and guarantee mechanism.
