目的

探讨全面康复训练(integrated rehabilitation training-IRT)对提高3岁人工耳蜗植入儿童模仿学习能力的功效。
方法

采用随机对照设计,准备受训项目(prepare training program,PTP)组儿童与IRT儿童的模仿学习能力,使用行动模仿、意图模仿和规则模仿3类任务进行测试。
结果

PTP儿童和IRT儿童在行动模仿和意图模仿任务上不存在显著差异;IRT儿童在规则模仿任务中的得分显著高于PTP儿童。
结论

IRT对3岁人工耳蜗植入幼儿的规则模仿能力有显著提高。
Objective

The purpose of this study was to explore whether integrated rehabilitation training (IRT) can improve the imitation learning ability of 3-year-old children with cochlear implant.
Methods

The study used a randomized controlled design. Children in the prepare training program (PTP) group received teachers' collective training 30-60 minutes with their parents every day. The training contents included parent-child games
pronunciation and tongue exercises. The IRT children were in rehabilitation institutions all day
receiving preschool education and 30 minutes one-to-one individualized teaching every day. Imitation learning was tested by three kinds of tasks: action imitation
intention imitation and rule imitation.
Results

There was no significant difference between PTP children and IRT children in action imitation and intention imitation tasks. However
the score of IRT children in rule imitation task was significantly higher than that of PTP children.
Conclusion

IRT can significantly improve the rule imitation ability of 3-year-old children with cochlear implant.
