摘要

目的

探索以人为本的听力康复服务（person-centered care，PCC）及其激励工具在单耳听损患者助听器验配中的运用。

方法

选择近两年在我院就诊的3例不同年龄单耳听损患者年龄分别为10岁、34岁、54岁。按助听器验配流程接诊，并融入PCC的激励工具（线条工具和盒子工具）。

结果

使用线条工具前，与患者建立良好的信任关系并获得家人的支持都是非常重要的，否则线条工具的结果可能不真实可靠，盒子工具也无法进行。后续的跟踪回访可能仍然需要反复利用线条和盒子工具，判断患者对听力康复的积极性是否发生改变，以便及时引导和干预。

结论

利用激励工具中的线条工具和盒子工具可以提高单耳听损患者对于单侧听损干预的积极性和信心，缩短其干预时间及来访次数。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the application of person-centered care (PCC) and Motivation tools to the fitting of hearing aids for patients with unilateral hearing loss.

Methods

Three patients with unilateral hearing loss of different ages treated in our hospital in the past two years were selected: one 10-year-old child

one 34-year-old

and one 54-year-old. The hearing aid fitting process was administered with PCC tools integrated (the line tool and the box tool).

Results

Before using the line tool

it was very important to establish a good trust relationship with the patient and obtain the support of the family. Otherwise

the results of the line tool might not be true and reliable

and the box tool could not continued. Follow-up visits might still need to repeatedly use the line and box tools to determine whether the patient's motivation for hearing rehabilitation changed

so that we could guide and intervene in time.

Conclusion

The use of the line tool and the box tool

can improve the motivation and confidence of patients with unilateral hearing loss and greatly shorten the time of intervention and the number of visits.
