目的 探讨语音频谱分析在单纯功能性语音障碍中的应用。方法 收集2018年12月~2019年12月本院语音室就诊的单纯功能性语音障碍患者60例作为实验组;同时募集无语音障碍健康志愿者60例作为对照组。在安静语音室内对两组受试者语音信号进行计算机采样。采用Speech Analyzer1.5软件对受试者语音文件进行语图分析,比较不同组间塞音、塞擦音的冲直纹和擦音乱纹出现率的差异。应用Dr Speech science for windows语音软件分析两组声样的声学参数:基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、标准噪声能量(normal noise energy
NNE)。对功能性语音障碍患者语音频谱初步分析后进行针对性的语音训练,训练结束后根据Speech Analyzer软件对语音进行客观评价,按照“语音清晰度字表”主观评价实验组患者的语音清晰度。结果 实验组患者语图中/pa、ka/音的冲直条、空白间隙出现,但塞擦音/zi、ji/的冲直条、擦音乱纹不明显。实验组塞音和擦音声学指标与对照组未见明显差异(P>0.05),但在塞擦音/zi、ji/存在显著差异(P<0.05)。实验组shimmer、NNE明显高于对照组(P<0.05)
jitter值两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。经过针对性的语音治疗后,实验组语音清晰度显著提升(P<0.05)。结论 语音频谱分析能够将声音可视化,直观显示语音特性,为功能性语音障碍患者语音矫正训练和评价患者语音矫正效果提供可靠的科学依据。
Objective To investigate the application of speech spectrum analysis to functional speech disorder. Methods 60 patients with simple functional speech disorders from the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the experimental group; At the same time
60 healthy volunteers without speech disorders were recruited as the control group. In a quiet speech room
the speech signals of the two groups of subjects were sampled by the computer. Speech Analyzer software was used to analyze the speech files of each subject
and the differences in the occurrence rates of plosives
affricate release burst and fricative random were compared between different groups. Dr Speech Science for Windows was used to analyze the acoustic parameters of sound samples in the two groups: Jitter
Shimmer
and normal noise energy(NNE). After the preliminary analysis of the speech spectrum of patients with functional speech disorder
targeted speech training was conducted. After the training
Speech Analyzer software was used to objectively evaluate the speech therapy
and the speech intelligibility of patients in the experimental group was evaluated subjectively according to the "Speech Intelligibility Word Table". Results Compared with the control group
the release burst and blank space of/pa//ka/sound appeared in the verbal map of the experimental group
but the release burst and fricative random of affricate/zi//ji/were not obvious. There was no significant difference in the acoustic index of the plosives and affricate between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05)
but there was a significant difference in the affricate/zi//ji/(P<0.05). Shimmer and NNE of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)
and there was no significant difference in the jitter value between the two groups(P>0.05). After targeted speech therapy
the speech intelligibility of the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion The speech spectrum analysis can visualize the sound and intuitively display the speech characteristics of the sound. After targeted speech therapy
the speech intelligibility of the patients in the experimental group has significantly improved
providing a reliable scientific basis for speech correction training and evaluation of speech correction effect in patients with functional speech disorder.
