目的 探究家庭互动式阅读对1~6岁语言发育迟缓(language development delay
LDD)患儿语言康复的作用。方法 随机数字表法将本院2020年4月~2021年6月就诊的85例1~6岁LDD患儿分为研究组43例与对照组42例,对照组给予药物干预和康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上加以家庭互动式阅读。干预3个月后评价疗效及家长满意度,干预前后Gesell发育量表(gesell developmental test scales
Objective To explore the effect of family interactive reading on speech rehabilitation in children with language development delay(LDD) aged 1-6 years old. Methods A total of 85 LDD children aged 1-6 years old treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were divided into the study group with 43 cases and the control group with 42 cases by the random number table method. The control group received conventional drug intervention and rehabilitation training
and the study group received family interactive reading on the basis of the control group. The efficacy and satisfaction of parents were evaluated after 3months of intervention. Gesell Developmental Scale(GDS) survey and serum growth hormone measurement was performed before and after 3 months of intervention. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 83.72%
which was higher than 61.90% in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of intervention
development quotient(DQ) score of GDS scale in both groups significantly increased compared with those before intervention
and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention
the scores and total scores of the parents of the children in the study group on the rehabilitation effect
professional level
service attitude and humanistic care were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Family interactive reading is beneficial to the improvement of language and motor behavior in LDD children aged 1-6 years old with high parents’ satisfaction.
