Toward Precision and Inclusion: The Development Landscape of Artificial Intelligence-Empowered Rehabilitation Education for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the practical paradigm of rehabilitation education for children with autism spectrum disorder
evolving into a systematic transformation that spans the entire chain from screening and diagnosis to assessment and intervention. The core driving force lies in achieving both precision and universal accessibility of services. This article systematically reviews the key breakthroughs of Artificial intelligence in advancing early screening to frontline contexts
objectifying and quantifying diagnostic assessment
generating personalized intervention plans
and empowering family-based scenarios. Simultaneously
it confronts the realistic bottlenecks including difficult clinical translation of technological effectiveness
challenges in data governance and equity
and shortage of interdisciplinary talent. Finally
it proposes future-oriented development pathways: constructing a synergistic ecosystem of "clinical-technology-industry" collaboration
establishing and improving full-chain standards
and implementing a dual-wheel strategy of inclusive empowerment and talent cultivation.
