Research Progress on Auditory and Speech Rehabilitation of Cochlear Implanted Patients and Influencing Factors
Cochlear implant(CI) is the most widely used implantable electronic device to reconstruct auditory speech.Present studies mainly reviewed the hearing speech rehabilitation of patients after CI from the aspects of speech recognition and comprehension
as well as speech production ability. Also
the inner ear malformation
preoperative average residual hearing and hearing-aid time
as well as other influencing factors such as operation age
postoperative recovery pattern and recovery time of rehabilitation were discussed.
