      摘要:This paper introduces the practice of sign bilingualism and co-enrollment education program carried out in mainstream schools in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, as well as the core concepts and main effectiveness. Empirical evidence from hearing-impaired children's performance on oral language, sign language, literacy, and social integration in the co-enrollment program is generally quite positive.

      摘要:The home-school co-education is one of the important treasures for the high-quality development of preschool integrated education. This paper analyses the current situation of home-school co-education in preschool integrated education from four perspectives, including microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem and macrosystem under the perspective of ecosystem theory, and finds that in the process of home-school co-education, the concept of integration between preschool teachers and parents is insufficient, the interaction between the home and the community needs to be strengthened, the cultural and ecological environment in which home-school co-operation can be coexisted is missing, and the policies and related laws and regulations for home-school co-education are not sound. In order to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of home-school co-education, it is necessary to establish a sense of home-based co-education, enhance parental participation, create a "trinity" educational community of family, kindergarten and community, create a cultural and ecological environment of co-education and coexistence, and establish a sound home-school co-education system and guarantee mechanism.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore how to promote the realization of deep learning for hearing-impaired students while learning Chinese in inclusive education.MethodsBased on the requirements for the objectives of grades 3-4 in the "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)", the questionnaire and interview were comprehensively used to conduct research on the Chinese learning problems of hearing-impaired students in inclusive environment, and the corresponding classroom teaching strategies of inclusive education were designed.ResultsIn inclusive environment, the understanding of text by third-grade hearing-impaired students stays at the surface symbols, it is obviously difficult to explore the connotation and logic behind them. Therefore, the big concept should be formulated in combination with the learning content of the fable, the corresponding expressive task should be designed, and the inclusive strategy should be preset. When designing teaching strategies, the five stages of deep learning should be used as the benchmark to guide hearing-impaired students to accurately perceive the allegorical logic transmitted in character activities, and apply it to independent creation, so as to obtain personal knowledge meaning.ConclusionThe application of deep learning concept in inclusive classroom of hearing-impaired students while learning Chinese can not only meet the learning needs of hearing-impaired students from the top-level design level, but also enable ordinary students to perceive the knowledge context more clearly and profoundly, so that all students can learn in inclusive classroom.

      摘要:The "reflux" of disabled students is the product of the development of integrated education, which has become a problem that cannot be ignored. If it cannot be effectively solved, it will hinder the development of integrated education in China. Teachers of integrated education, as the main contacts of students studying in regular classes in ordinary schools and the front-line implementers of integrated education, are an important guarantee to improve the quality of integrated education. This paper aims to analyze the current situation of students studying in regular classes, explore the reasons for the "reflux" of disabled students and put forward solutions from the perspective of the development of integrated education teachers. Because the special education concepts, special education professional knowledge and skills and related support and services of integrated education teachers need to be improved, students studying in regular classes are in the current situation of "living in the cracks". Based on this, the author highly recommends that teachers of integrated education should strengthen the concept of special education, integrate the professional knowledge and skills of special education, and provide targeted support and services for them.

      摘要:By reviewing the main forms of preschool integrated education curriculum, this paper puts forward the appropriate and supportive preschool integrated education curriculum to meet needs of ordinary children and special children. With the core concept of equal participation, shared education and integrated development of all children through appropriate support, the curriculum respects the rules of children's development and individual differences, conforms to each child's development and learning needs, and provides appropriate support for their all-round development and adaptation to society. In the specific implementation, we will understand the level of children's development through assessment and evaluation, formulate and implement the class appropriate support curriculum adjustment plan and the individualized appropriate support plan for children with special needs through the adjustment of curriculum objectives, content and implementation strategies, and evaluation, so as to promote the equal participation of all children and their healthy and happy growth.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the rehabilitation education strategies to improve the social development level of hearing-impaired children, and to provide references and suggestions for their rehabilitation education.MethodsOne hearing-impaired child in the class of rehabilitation institution was selected as the subject, The family and kindergarten cooperation were adopted as the main approach, and appropriate support strategy was adopted for 8 weeks. Through "Preschool children observation and evaluation system",the effects before and after the intervention were compared.ResultsThe social development level of the case was improved by taking family and kindergarten cooperation as the main approach and adopting appropriate support and intervention strategies.ConclusionAround family and kindergarten cooperation,the appropriate support strategies, such as teacher support, parent support and peer support, can improve the social development of hearing-impaired children.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the educational strategies for improving the social development level of hearing-impaired children in inclusive education, and to provide some suggestions for them to better adapt to class life.MethodsOne hearing-impaired child in the integrated kindergarten class was selected as the subject, and the intervention was conducted for 3 months with appropriate support strategy. Through "Preschool children observation and evaluation system",the effects before and after the intervention were compared.ResultsThrough appropriate intervention strategies, the level of social development of hearing-impaired child in inclusive education classes was improved.ConclusionThe appropriate intervention strategy is effective to improve the levels of social development of hearing-impaired children in inclusive education.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigating the initial impression of Chinese domestic hearing aids among elderly people in the community.MethodsA total of 188 elderly residents aged 60 and above from typical communities in Shanghai and Beijing participated in the study. The normal hearing (NH) group consists of 30 participants, and the hearing loss (HL) group consists of 158 participants. Following a battery of audiological assessments, the participants were given minutes of trial hearing aids experience and hearing aid operation experience, meanwhile, they completed a hearing aid judgement survey.ResultsParticipants gave an average score of 90 points for the ease of operation, clarity, and sound quality of domestic hearing aids (the highest score for the survey item was 100). The in-the-canal hearing aids received a higher score compared to the body-wear and behind-the-ear hearing aids. Both groups rated over 95 points for the potential positive impact brought by hearing aids, while less than 10 points for the potential negative impacts. The in-the-canal hearing aids were rated as the priory choice by over 80% of the participants. The price estimation from the NH group was closer to the actual price than from the HL group. Nearly 70% of the elderly still have concerns about wearing hearing aids, but the concerns of two groups were slightly different. 53% of the NH group chose to wear hearing aids when they have "moderate hearing loss", while 57% of the HL group chose to wear them when they have "severe hearing loss". All participants supported that community hospitals provide hearing intervention services for the elderly.ConclusionThe Chinese domestic hearing aids are able to meet the needs of elderly people with hearing loss in communities. Further development of hearing aid technology and more extensive and in-depth hearing health education are required to reduce the concerns about wearing hearing aids and facilitate proactive hearing health seeking.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo provide a theoretical basis for the development of rehabilitation programs for children with presingual hearing impairment, we evaluate the hearing and speech ability and quality of life of children with presingual hearing impairment after cochlear implantation, and explored the correlation between the two.Methods104 hearing-impaired children with severe sensorineural hearing loss who had been implanted with CI were divided into 5 groups: 0 months group (17 cases), 6 months group (15 cases), 12 months group (23 cases), 18 months group (26 cases) and 24 months group (23 cases). The CAP-Ⅱ, SIR, MPP are used to evaluate the auditory speech ability and quality of life of the 104 hearing-impaired children. To compare the hearing and speech abilities of 5 groups, and explore whether boot time, hearing and speech ability are important factors affecting quality of life after cochlear implantation.ResultsThe longer the CI was used, the higher the hearing ability and speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired children. The MPP improved the scores of communication, basic function and well-being (P<0.05). Hearing abilities affects two dimensions of quality of life, that is, communication and basic functions, while speech function affects two dimensions of communication and social relations.ConclusionThe auditory speech ability of CI patients has improved significantly, and auditory speech has influence on quality of life.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between polymorphism of silent matching type information regulator 1 (SIRT1) gene and sensorineural hearing loss in different age groups.Methods105 patients with sensorineural hearing loss who visited our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, while 105 healthy individuals of the same age who underwent physical examination at our hospital were selected as the control group. According to age, the observation group was further divided into Group A (<60 years old) and Group B (≥ 60 years old), while the control group was further divided into Group C (<60 years old) and Group D (≥ 60 years old). DNA extraction was performed on all patients, and gene polymorphisms at three loci: SIRT1 rs7895833, rs7069102, and rs2273773 were detected, and their correlation with sensorineural hearing loss was analyzed.Result(1) There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of rs2273773 genotype/allele between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the genotype/allele distribution of rs7069102 between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). (2) There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of rs2273773 genotype/allele and rs7069102 genotype/allele among the four subgroups (P>0.05). (3) There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of rs7895833 genotypes/alleles between the observation group and the control group. The rs7895833 GG genotype in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). (4) There was no statistically significant difference in the genotype/allele distribution of rs7895833 between Group A and Group C (P>0.05); There was a statistically significant difference in the genotype/allele distribution of rs7895833 between Group B and Group D (P<0.05). The GG genotype in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group D (P<0.05), and the allele G was significantly higher than that in Group D (P<0.05). (5) Logistic regression analysis: For all populations, the risk of sensorineural hearing loss in the GG type rs7895833 genotype population is 1.919 times higher than that in the AA type rs7895833 genotype population (95% CI: 1.299-2.835, P<0.01); For individuals ≥ 60 years old, the risk of sensorineural hearing loss in the GG type rs7895833 genotype population is 2.30 times higher than that in the AA type rs7895833 genotype population (95% CI: 1.409-3.755, P<0.01). (6) There is a positive correlation between rs7895833 genotype polymorphism and age in patients with sensorineural hearing loss (r=0.440, P<0.01).ConclusionThe GG genotype of the SIRT1 gene is closely related to sensorineural hearing loss and is a risk factor for sensorineural hearing loss in the elderly population over 60 years old.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo use the new semiconductor sequencing technology to detect the deafness Genetic testing of deaf patients in Shandong to determine the genetic cause of deafness.Methods1000 blood samples from deaf patients in various regions of Shandong from January to December 2020 were collected. We applied semiconductor gene sequencing technology to detect 100 mutation sites of 18 deafness genes, and statistical analysis was conducted on the types and occurrence of deafness gene mutations.Results1000 deaf patients have 583 carried mutations in the deafness gene, with a detection rate of 58.3%. Among them, GJB2 gene mutations have 267 cases (26.7%); SLA26A4 gene mutations have 215 cases (21.5%); GJB3 gene mutations have 11 cases (1.1%); mtDNA gene mutations have 21 cases (2.1%); dual gene heterozygous mutations and triple gene mutations have a total of 69 cases (6.9%). The 11 mutations genes of MT-TH, DSPP, GPR98, DFNA5, COCH, TECTA, DIABLO, TMC1, MYO7A, MYO15A, and PRPS1 were not detected.ConclusionGJB2 and SLA26A4 were the most common deafness genes mutated in the deaf people in Shandong Province. Although semiconductor sequencing technology, could significantly improve the detection and diagnostic rates of deafness genes, it still could not meet the testing needs of all hearing-impaired patients. If necessary, high-throughput sequencing testing was required for screening negative patients to clarify the diagnosis.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the possibility of carrying another mutation in GJB2 and SLC26A4 deafness genes and its clinical audiological characteristics, whole-exome sequencing (including all coding regions and splicing sites) was performed in the mutation carriers of GJB2 and SLC26A4 deafness genes.MethodsThe study subjects were 211,800 newborns born in Jining from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, all of whom received genetic screening for neonatal deafness (including 4 genes and 20 loci). The screening results were as follows: There were 11860 deafness gene carriers, including 5718 GJB2 carriers and 4447 SLC26A4 carriers. The recall was notified by telephone, among which 2912 cases of GJB2 and 2088 cases of SLC26A4 were examined in full sequence. Audiological examination was performed on all neonates carrying another pathogenic site after full sequence examination. Auditory brainstem response (ABR), distortion product otoacoustic emission (OAE), acoustic immanence (AI), multifrequency steady-state evoked potential (ASSR) and behavioral audiometry were included in the hearing follow-up at 6 and 12 months after birth.ResultsA total of 5000 cases of hearing loss gene carriers including GJB2 and SLC26A4 were examined by whole-exome sequencing. It was found that 101 newborns carried another pathogenic locus, after 6 and 12 months follow-up, 30 cases were diagnosed as hearing loss and 74 cases were normal hearing. The whole exon sequence of GJB2 was detected in 87 cases, including 67 cases of normal hearing, 20 cases of abnormal hearing, 13 cases of mild hearing loss, 2 cases of moderate hearing loss, 5 cases of severe hearing loss. The whole exon sequence of SLC26A4 was detected in 14 cases, 4 cases were normal hearing, including 3 cases of mild hearing loss, 2 cases of moderate hearing loss, 5 cases of severe or severe hearing loss.ConclusionIt is necessary to carry out full sequence examination for the carriers of GJB2 and SLC26A4 pathogenic sites, and clinical audiology examination and follow-up for infants and young children with another pathogenic site is detected, which is a good supplement for clinical diagnosis and intervention.

      摘要:ObjectiveExploring the application value of air conduction pure tone hearing threshold measurement in the speech frequency range in hearing screening for school-age children.Methods2098 school-age children who underwent physical examination at the Children's Health Clinic from September 2021 to October 2022 underwent air conduction pure tone audiometry technology at 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz, respectively, and the average hearing thresholds at four frequencies were obtained. If the average hearing threshold of any four frequencies in any ear is greater than 25 dB HL, it is determined that the result is abnormal. Using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for analysis, descriptive statistical analysis was used, and the counting data was expressed in n (%).ResultsAmong 2098 school-age children who underwent air conduction pure tone audiometry in the speech frequency range, 101 were abnormal, with an abnormal rate of 4.81%.ConclusionThe application of air conduction pure tone hearing threshold measurement in the speech frequency range in hearing screening for school-age children is beneficial for early detection and intervention of hearing loss in school-age children.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of mismatch negativity (MMN) in the evaluation of rehabilitation effects of cochlear implants in young children.MethodsThe rehabilitation effect of 49 young children after cochlear implantation was evaluated by the combination of infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale/meaningful auditory integration scale (IT-MAIS/MAIS) and objective electrophysiological MMN detection. SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe latency of MMN was negatively correlated with the IT-MAIS/MAIS score (P < 0.05), MMN latency had a significant negative correlation with intervention time (P=0.014<0.05), and MMN latency had a significant positive correlation with the mean hearing threshold of good hearing aid (P=0.022<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that MMN latency was an independent factor influencing the evaluation of rehabilitation effect (R2=0.635).ConclusionMMN can effectively and objectively evaluate the postoperative rehabilitation effect of young children with cochlear implantation.

      摘要:ObjectiveThe current situation of the application of computer aided technology in the reading ability of hearing-impaired children is sorted out to provide reference for future research in China.MethodsLiterature analysis using the keywords "technology" "hearing-impaired" "read" and "education" was searched in the US WoS core database for the empirical studies meeting the screening criteria.ResultsWe summarized and analyzed from the study object, study design, intervention content, intervention method and intervention results. The current study includes hearing-impaired children aged 8-10 years, and the study design is randomized controlled experiment design; the intervention content mainly includes word and vocabulary reading ability and reading comprehension; The intervention methods are divided into four categories: computer-assisted digital material intervention, interactive intervention, personalized intervention and kinesthetic intervention; In terms of intervention effect, the four types of intervention methods, especially computer-based digital material intervention, can effectively improve the reading ability of hearing-impaired children and further enhance the metacognitive reading-related abilities such as phoneme awareness and phonological awareness.ConclusionIt is suggested that scientific experimental design should be carried out in the future to improve the reliability of research, strengthen the adaptability of hearing-impaired children to computer-aided technology, and encourage family participation to expand the application scope of computer-aided technology.

      摘要:Facing new challenges and opportunities, hearing aid dispensers are exploring ways to enhance their expertise. This article looks into the future of hearing aid dispensers using evidence-based fitting and person-centered fitting. It compares the two main fitting methods and introduces a best practice model based on evidence and focusing on person's needs. This model combines science with care, meeting the detailed needs and hopes of those with hearing issues. It improves both the results of hearing aid fitting and user satisfaction. The article also explains the connection between the two fitting methods and hearing rehabilitation, offering ways to achieve the best results.

      摘要:The impact of unilateral hearing loss on children and the demand for hearing improvement are easily ignored. A large number of studies have shown that binaural hearing is closely related to children's learning, speech and neurocognition, and long-term monaural hearing loss will cause difficulty in locating sound sources, difficulty in speech discrimination under noise and decline in quality of life. This article reviews the etiology, influence, treatment of unilateral hearing loss in children, the principle and evaluation methods of unilateral auditory deprivation (UAD), and the mechanism of auditory center remodeling after UAD. In order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of children with SSD.

      摘要:Sudden sensorineural hearing loss, SSNHL, is one of the emergencies characterized by sudden hearing loss in a short time. Clinical guidelines for SSNHL have been developed at home and abroad to guide clinical treatment. However, the existing guidelines for SSNHL do not include recommendations for the treatment of SSNHL during pregnancy. Pregnancy as a special period for women, the body will have a series of physiological changes. In the treatment of SSNHL during pregnancy, we should not only try our best to save the patient's hearing, but also avoid the potential damage to the fetus caused by drugs. This article will discuss the pathogenesis, possible etiology, treatment and prognosis of SSNHL during pregnancy, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo understand the research hotspots and trends in the field of functional articulation disorders in China, and to provide preliminary prospects for future research in this field.MethodCiteSpace quantitative analysis software was used to visualize and analyze 147 research literature on functional articulation disorders retrieved from the CNKI database, and to draw a knowledge graph of publication volume, author, institution, and keywords.ResultsFirst, the research subjects of functional dysarthria were concentrated in children. Second, medical universities, hospitals, and maternal and child health centers are the main research centers for functional articulation disorders. Third, research hotspots revolve around pathogenic factors, speech characteristics, speech intervention, and speech self-healing.ConclusionsIn the future, research on the etiology and language intervention of functional articulation disorders in China needs to be further deepened and expanded, to standardize the diagnostic standards and evaluation tools for functional articulation disorders in China, and to strengthen interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary cooperation.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of music interaction therapy combined with language rehabilitation training on the resilience and loneliness of hearing-impaired children.Methods92 hearing-impaired children admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were collected, and randomly divided into a research group (46 cases, conventional language rehabilitation training + music interactive therapy) and a conventional rehabilitation training group (46 cases, conventional language rehabilitation training). The language ability, psychological resilience and loneliness of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after the intervention.ResultsAfter intervention, the little ears auditory questionaire (LEAQ) score and connor-davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and autism treatment evaluation checklist (ATEC) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMusic interaction therapy and language rehabilitation training for hearing-impaired children can significantly improve their language ability, enhance their psychological resilience, and alleviate their loneliness.

      摘要:According to the needs of students with autism and the national curriculum standards, Longyuan School in Nanshan District, Shenzhen has implemented in creating a "second-order five dimensional" communication and interaction curriculum model. The curriculum has been developed and implemented, achieving certain results. This model is based on the theoretical basis of social emotional learning and a ladder based language rehabilitation model for children. In terms of curriculum objectives, the framework is based on five dimensions of abilities: interpersonal communication, self-awareness, self-management, making responsible decisions, and social awareness ability. Each ability is divided into two levels: low and high, and is implemented through six curriculum units. In terms of curriculum implementation, the model of "experience, understanding, expression, and application" is utilized to integrate curriculum activity design and promote the development of curriculum teaching practice.

      摘要:Hearing protection devices (HPD) are the last line of defense to protect hearing from environmental noise and are designed to reduce the exposure dose of noise transmitted to the cochlea below the safe threshold limit value. This paper introduces the types and attenuation characteristics of hearing protection devices. Combined with the limitations of hearing protection devices, the custom-fit hearing protection devices and Active Electronic hearing protection devices are introduced. The main assessment methods for hearing protection devices include: real-ear attenuation at threshold method, microphone in real-ear method, and acoustical test fixture method.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of electronic product usage among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and parents' attitudes towards this, and analyze the influencing factors to provide a basis for the development of electronic products in the field of digital rehabilitation for ASD and the establishment of policies related to the healthcare of children with ASD.MethodsRecruit 228 parents from multiple WeChat groups for parents of children with ASD through a retrospective research method to investigate the usage of electronic products among ASD children.ResultsOut of 228 cases, 203 parents (89%) reported that their children use electronic products almost every day, with 131 cases using them for less than 1 hour per day, 50 cases for 1-2 hours, and 22 cases for more than 2 hours. ASD children primarily use electronic products for watching cartoons/videos, playing games, learning and listening to music. The use of electronic products by ASD children is related to their age, parental support attitudes, and parents' level of education. 213 parents (93.4%) hold a supportive attitude towards their ASD children's use of electronic products, but some parents (6.6%) also express concerns.ConclusionA significant proportion of ASD children use electronic products frequently, mainly for entertainment purposes. This should raise awareness among professionals in the field of ASD rehabilitation and families, prompting the adoption of effective measures to manage and enhance the time effectiveness of ASD children's use of electronic products.

      Research and Application of New Techniques and Methods of Cochlear Implant

      摘要:ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of bone conduction hearing aids intervention for congenital microtia and unilateral deafness caused by cochlear nerve deficiency.Methods14 ear data from 9 children who got bone conduction hearing aids in our hospital from September 2022 to June 2023 were collected. Six of the cases were congenital microtia malformations and three were sensorineural deafness caused by unilateral cochlear nerve deficiency. Pure tone audiometry and Speech, Spatial, and Other Qualities of Hearing Scale-Parent Version (SSQ-P) questionnaire were conducted before and after wearing bone conduction hearing aids. Differences in hearing threshold and parent questionnaire scores before and after wearing bone conduction hearing aids were analyzed with STATSTM 2.0 statistical software.ResultsThe results revealed a significant improvement in hearing thresholds for both the microtia and unilateral deafness groups after wearing bone conduction hearing aids. The improvement was highly significant for the microtia group (P<0.05) and significant for the unilateral deafness group (P=0.005). However, there was no significant difference in hearing thresholds between the two groups after wearing the aids (P=0.47).Furthermore, the SSQ-P parent questionnaire scores showed an improvement after wearing bone conduction hearing aids. The enhancement in the scores was higher for the microtia group compared to the unilateral deafness group, indicating a better response to the intervention for those with microtia.ConclusionBoth Congenital microtia and unilateral deafness caused by unilateral cochlear nerve deficiency can benefit from bone conduction hearing aids, and the benefit of unilateral deafness patients is lower than that of microtia patients.
