人工耳蜗植入是治疗重度至极重度感音神经性听力损失的有效手段,但并非所有患者均适合植入,故需依赖系统的术前评估加以筛选。随着技术与临床实践的发展,术前评估已成为多学科、流程化的综合评估体系。本文基于人工耳蜗植入术前的多维度评估框架,对各维度的常用评估项目与临床要点进行梳理,为制订和实施术前评估方案提供参考。
Cochlear implantation is an effective intervention for severe-to-profound sensorineural hearing loss
but not all patients are suitable candidates. Therefore
thorough preoperative assessment is essential. With advances in technology and clinical practice
preoperative evaluation has evolved into a multidisciplinary
standardised
comprehensive assessment framework. This review synthesises commonly used assessment measures and key clinical considerations across the multiple dimensions of the cochlear implant preoperative evaluation
aiming to inform the development and implementation of robust preoperative assessment protocols.
