老年性聋的传统康复手段能在一定程度上改善听力损失情况,但存在噪声环境下效果有限、训练依从性差等局限性。目前,听觉可塑性原理为听觉康复提供了理论支持,虚拟现实技术通过构建沉浸性、交互性的训练环境,模拟真实场景的声学复杂性,为突破上述局限提供了新思路。本文基于听觉可塑性理论,探究虚拟现实技术的神经机制,分析其在临床听觉康复转化过程中的优势及限制,为后续老年性聋康复平台的设计提供思路。
The conventional training methods for age-related hearing loss rehabilitation can improve hearing loss to some extent
but there are limitations in complex noisy environments and training adherence. Currently
the principle of auditory plasticity provides theoretical support for auditory rehabilitation. Virtual reality (VR) technology
by constructing immersive and interactive training environments that simulate the acoustic complexity of real-world scenarios
offers a novel approach to overcome these limitations. This article reviews latest relevant research papers
based on auditory plasticity theory
explores the neural mechanisms of VR technology. It analyzes its advantages and limitations in the process of clinical transformation for auditory rehabilitation
providing insights for the future design of age-related hearing loss rehabilitation platforms.
