噪声环境下使用主动降噪耳机对听力的保护效果研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的通过比较不同类型主动降噪耳机的降噪效果差异,探讨主动降噪耳机在噪声环境下对听力的保护效果,为大众挑选适合自己的家用耳机提供建议。方法比较30名健听大学生在模拟街道[65 dB (A)]和地铁[75 dB (A)]两种噪声环境下,分别佩戴头戴式和入耳式两种类型的主动降噪耳机,在开启降噪开关前后的舒适音量设置以及噪声下言语识别率。结果①舒适音量设置测试:在模拟街道噪声环境下,开启主动降噪功能后,头戴式和入耳式耳机的舒适音量声压级分别下降6.04 dB(P=0.005)和6.68 dB(P=0.003);在模拟地铁噪声环境下,头戴式和入耳式耳机的舒适音量声压级分别下降了7.23dB(P=0.002)和9.07dB(P=0.001)。②噪声下言语识别率测试:在模拟街道噪声环境下,开启降噪功能后,头戴式和入耳式耳机的识别率分别上升41.4%(P=0.001)和7.2%(P=0.009);在模拟地铁噪声环境下,头戴式和入耳式耳机的识别率分别上升27%(P=0.005)和10.8%(P=0.007)。结论在噪声环境下,主动降噪耳机的降噪效果显著;入耳式主动降噪耳机的隔噪效果优于头戴式主动降噪耳机。
Objective To compare the differences of noise reduction effects of different types of active noisecancellation earphones, to explore the protection effect of active noise-cancellation earphones on hearing under the noise environment, and to provide suggestions for the public to choose suitable household earphones. Methods Thirty college students with normal hearing were tested under the noise environment of simulated street(65 dB(A)) and subway(75 dB(A)), wearing headphones and in-ear active noise-cancellation earphones, comfortable volume setting before and after the noisecancellation switch and speech recognition rate under noise were compared. Results(1) Comfortable volume setting test: in the simulated street noise environment, after the active noise reduction function was turned on, the comfortable volume sound pressure level of headphone and in-ear headphone decreased by 6.04 dB(P=0.005) and 6.68 dB(P=0.003) respectively. In the simulated subway noise environment, the comfortable sound pressure level of headphone and in-ear headphone decreased by 7.23 dB(P=0.002) and 9.07 dB(P=0.001) respectively.(2) Speech recognition rate test under noise: in the simulated street noise environment, the recognition rate of headphone and in-ear headphone increased by 41.4%(P=0.001) and 7.2%(P=0.009) respectively after the noise reduction function was turned on. In the simulated subway noise environment, the recognition rate of headphone and in-ear headphone increased by 27%(P=0.005) and 10.8%(P=0.007) respectively. Conclusions In the noise environment, the active noise-cancellation earphone has significant noise reduction effects. The effect of in-ear active noise-cancellation earphone is better than that of headphone active noise-cancellation earphone.
