语前听障儿童植入人工耳蜗后言语能力追踪研究
A Follow-up Study on the Development of Speech Abilities in Preverbal Hearing-Impaired Children after Cochlear Implantation

摘要(Abstract):

目的利用有意义言语使用量表(meaningful use of speach scale, MUSS)研究低龄听障儿童人工耳蜗植入术(CI)后言语能力,总结其发展规律。方法选取针对CI儿童主要看护人的MUSS问卷对30名术后患儿进行为期18个月的追踪研究,对问卷总分及3个维度得分做单因素方差分析。结果 (1)时间在MUSS问卷总分及3个维度得分上的主效应均显著(P<0.05)。随着CI时间的延长,受试儿童言语能力呈明显上升趋势。(2)术后3个月与6个月对比,CI儿童MUSS问卷主要维度得分极显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 MUSS问卷是一项反映CI儿童术后言语使用能力的有效工具,可以从不同维度对MUSS问卷得分进行分析。术后6个月是受试儿童言语能力提高的关键时间点。
Objective Meaningful Use of Speech Scale(MUSS) was used to study the early speech ability of hearingimpaired children after cochlear implantation, and to summarize its development rules. Methods This study selected MUSS from CI children's primary caregivers to follow up 30 children 18 months postoperatively, and conducted one-way anova for the total score of the questionnaire and the score of three dimensions. Results(1) The main effect of time on the total score of MUSS and the scores of three dimensions was significant(P<0.05). With the extension of CI use time, the speech ability of the tested children showed an obvious trend of increase.(2) Six months after the operation, compared with three months after the operation, MUSS scores of hearing-impaired children with CI in the main dimensions were significantly improved(P<0.01). Conclusion It is an effective tool to reflect the speech use ability of CI children after surgery, and scores can be analyzed from different dimensions. Six months after the operation is the key point for the improvement of speech use ability of the tested children.
